Our Care

LCS offers inclusive and personalised care and support for vulnerable individuals. Our professionals are equipped to deliver assistance with all aspects of personal care and intensive nursing care.

Care packages may be continuous over 24hrs or in chosen hours of the day. The care is delivered at home, or in the community, or to pursue meaningful activities. Using person centred approaches we tailor care and development programs to enable personal growth and fulfilment.

We are led by the Client, so in practical terms, we simply engage our clients to be involved in the care of their preferred lifestyles.
